Hip, Hip, Hooray for Sand County Service Company. I hate to classify them as a campground ‘cuz they aren’t. They’re a company that has various properties in the Dells area that you can rent on a daily or weekly basis. If you’re heading to Wisconsin Dells/Lake Delton area and you want to rent a cabin w/a group they are the #1 people to call!!! They have the best cabins, the friendliest staff and the best rates by far. Words cannot describe how gorgeous their cabins are. I and a group of friends and family had the pleasure of spending June 1-3 at their cabin “Towering Pines” in the Wisconsin Dells area and we were so pleased we reserved another stay for later this year! This place has it all and it’s great if you’re traveling with kids like us (we had 8) It was a little scary being out in the woods but they have places that are a little closer to civilization than we were (10 mi north of downtown Wisconsin Dells is where our cabin was) but it really wasn’t that bad…except in the dark when I swear I saw that damn Smokey the Bear sitting at a campfire. I think they have cabins elsewhere, like Michigan and other parts of Wisconsin. Check them out…you won’t be sorry!!!

by MichelleCute outdoorsy cabin. Must be physically able to fit up small spiral staircase to the bedroom loft and fit in a small accommodation cabin. Our family of five with three kids and two dogs -it worked, but the staircase would be a challenge for the elderly, handicapped, little toddlers, or obese. Just being honest for those looking to book. Nice location and great for taking dogs for a walk. The bike path on the road provides a safe shaded area for the roads nearby.

This has become the standard for vacation properties for us.This house was wonderful! Spacious, well furnished, with so many bathrooms, good sleeping areas, and lots of places for a big family to sit down to meals. The large, safe yard was great for the kids to play in as well. It was also impeccably clean when we arrived. We could enjoy the Dells facilities without the noise of a resort area. This was the best place we have ever stayed in.

by PatThis facility is perfect for our group of 10. Plenty of room for sleeping, relaxing, and kicking back both indoors and out. Went fishing this weekend and caught 40 bluegills in just over an hour. Left them in the lake for the next group. Everything is always clean and fresh! A great getaway! House was not heating. Called after waiting 4 hours for furnace to work. Team member arrived in 15 minutes and found the boiler pilot was out. Problem resolved, went for dinner and house was warm when we returned.

by RichardWe had a great stay. The Arbor Dell home was perfect. I would highly recommend the Arbor Dell home. It was very spacious, clean, cozy, updated, the kitchen was fully equipped. The jacuzzi was great. The beds are so comfy and the extra pillows, blankets and towels are amazing. The house even has a washer and dryer. The wifi was super fast. Which helped since my wife had to get some work done. We arrived at 9:30pm due to an accident on I39, we were stuck on the highway for almost 3 hours! Sandy County was so helpful and checking in was so convenient and fast. Arbor Dell house is perfectly furnished. Multiple families can enjoy the house together and have privacy as well. The house is located to many attractions, restaurants, and stores. Even though the weather was cold, we still enjoyed the dells and the tranquility of the house was so relaxing. It felt like home. The huge dining table was great to enjoy meals with everyone in our group. We are looking forward to going back in the spring or summer

by IrenaThe weather was not very friendly to us during our stay but the lake house with its warmth, fire pit (by the lake) and superb location (close to all eateries and World Circus Museum) had compensated for all weather unpleasantness. We did manage to take a few walks in surrounding areas such as Mirror and Devil's Lakes. For the rest of our stay large TV, fireplace, fully stocked kitchen and a few board games provided enough entertainment and enjoyment.

by DavidL-O-V-E this place! Enjoyed a family reunion over the xmas holidays and it was perfect. Large kitchen was well stocked and allowed us all to cook/bake/socialize. Lower level game room was a hit for all ages and those who like lots of activity. The book readers found plenty of quiet nooks and there were several small gathering places to settle for a catch-up chat with family members I hadn't seen in a bit. Bedrooms were all comfortable and sleep quite a few. Younger kids loved how the open-door closets could convert into a small bed "fort" for them. Peaceful and beautiful setting. Some family went for long walks and hikes along the snowy trails beside the lake. Some family went to the Dells for a day to shop and play. Everyone enjoyed our visit. Will definitely go back!

We know we were "near" Mauston, but needed a nice small map to show us where we were in relation to the various routes going in and out of Mauston. There was also a really nice gas station/mini grocery store and a lot of shopping places nearby so we could get last-minute items and things we forgot. It was also nice that we did not have to go back to the office for checkout. I also liked that there was a 24-hour phone number we could have called if we had an emergency issue with the property.

THey generally run a buy 2, get 1 free night special in the fall. The cabin is always clean and in good order. Plenty of linens for extra beds and pillows. THe property is beautiful with great views of the river and forest. Ample parking, and great proximity to everything in WI dells. Check in is quick, as is check out.

We used the canoe provided with the house, and rented a couple of kayaks from the nearby marina. By "nearby," I mean you can actually see the marina from the end of the Nord Haus dock! No driving necessary. Be prepared to portage over a small dam. Excellent trip!

It's nice that they let us bring my Mom's little dog. We could not vacation without him. very comfortable, very relaxing. It allows you to just chill.

We took our chances this year and booked our vacation before any pictures were available of this home. Our entire family was happy with the decision we made and are already looking to returning next Summer!

Bluff View
by GarnetWe are 3 generations of family including teenagers and young adults. Bluff View house suited our family perfectly! The pool table provided hours of entertainment for all. Outdoors, we played volleyball, used the fire pit and walked the roads.
