This 3 bedroom condominium is located in a wooded setting and overlooks the golf course. The condo has a complete kitchen,  2.5 baths, central A/C, flat screen TVs, and WIFI, as well as front and back decks with a charcoal grill out front, and a electric one on back deck. There is a large community fire pit available below the pavilion at the Activity Center and a gas fire pit by Mulligan's on site for your use. Guests do have access to the seasonal outdoor pool, but the indoor waterpark is privately operated and not included in the reservation. Christmas Mountain Village is a complete year-round vacation resort featuring a beautiful golf course, restaurant, game room, hiking trails, cross-country skiing and intermediate downhill skiing. All this just minutes from the Dells! We provide basic essentials but not items like salt, pepper, oil, or paper towels. Please plan to bring these.

We had a wonderful family weekend at The Timbers. The unit is quite spacious and quiet at night. That was important to us because of the kids!
Only complaint was the queen bed downstairs- it is uncomfortably hard and noisy.

Everything was clean and was just as described and pictured. There was plenty of room for all of us, and it was close to Cascade Mountain. There was also a really nice gas station/mini grocery store and a lot of shopping places nearby so we could get last-minute items and things we forgot. It was also nice that we did not have to go back to the office for checkout. I also liked that there was a 24-hour phone number we could have called if we had an emergency issue with the property.
