Once you step inside this stunning log home, you will feel right at home. Ideal for large groups of family and friends, the 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath lodge boasts 4,900 square feet of rustic-modern living space, an entertainment rec room for all ages, an expansive deck and convenient access to everything the Wisconsin Dells area has to offer. The spacious, open layout offers plenty of room for your group, and will give a welcoming experience for all.
The chef's kitchen welcomes you with luxury appliances, including a 6 burner stove, dual oven and all the counter space needed to prepare any meal for your family and friends. Off the kitchen you’ll find the coffee and wet bar featuring a dual Keurig & drip coffee maker and a wine fridge. The open floor plan then runs into the dining room that hosts a grand, black walnut table for 14 people, a breakfast nook and a cozy living room with a 75 inch TV. On the lower level, enjoy game time with dart and shuffleboard tables, a family room with an 85 inch TV, and a full bar with plenty of seating, two TVs and a full size fridge. Additionally, a lower level patio hosts a fire pit, a gas grill and a Blackstone flat top grill.
For a good night’s rest, this home features three primary suites on the main level; two rooms with king beds and en suite bathrooms, and one room with a queen bed and an adjacent bathroom. On the upper level, you’ll find two bunk rooms and a loft. Each bunk room has a queen-over-queen bunk and an additional queen bed, for a total of 6 beds upstairs.
There is ample off-street parking on the property, including enough space to park trailers and boats. This home has everything you’ll need and more for the perfect Wisconsin getaway. PROPERTY RULES

As your host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be. Our mission is to offer our home to guests as a place to create beautiful memories with friends and family. To help us do so, we would appreciate your cooperation and compliance to the house rules listed below. Thank you in advance - we are happy you’re here.

located in the LODGE Binder at the property **


No pets of any kind are allowed.
No fireworks. No tiki torches or candles.
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please be respectful of our quiet, residential neighborhood. Our neighbors are full time residents and this is their home.
No camping of any kind on the property.
For safety of all, we have audio/video motion sensor surveillance facing outwards on the property.
Absolutely NO Smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor, stains and cigarette butts will be applied. This includes cigars, vapes, and marijauna.
Please do not hang items from the beams in the home or climb on them.
Please wash your dishes and cooking pots and pans thoroughly after use. If not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied. There are three dishwashers for your use (kitchen, coffee bar area and basement bar area). There is NOT a garbage disposal; so please dispose of all food and scraps in the garbage containers provided. Food and beverage utensils have been provided in this unit as a guest convenience. They have been washed, but not sanitized. It is recommended that you wash with a detergent, rinse with clean water and sanitize utensils before their use. To sanitize, after rinsing, add 1 teaspoon of unscented bleach per gallon of clean water and immerse utensils for a minimum of 30 seconds, then air dry.
Please help save our linens! Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products stain the sheets and towels. We are providing GRAY washcloths for make-up removal. Unsalvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest.
Wi-Fi and DirectTV Streaming are available for your enjoyment. Passwords and instructions are available in the Golden Bear Lodge Binder.
Parking is provided on the driveway and designated marked parking areas.
This is a family oriented and child friendly home, however children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian at all times.  All responsibility and duty of care for children must be provided by you, including any personal equipment needed.
The front pond is for visual enjoyment ONLY. It isn’t for swimming, fishing, or wading. Do not throw anything into the pond.
The upstairs loft bedrooms have bunk beds for sleeping. They are not jungle gyms. For the safety of our guests, the upper bunk beds are for adults and children over the age of 12 only.
We have washers and dryers for guest use. You will need to provide your own detergent and softener.
There are valuable items at this rental. Items to check in particular are: shuffleboard table, main dining table, tvs. After each renter is gone, there is an inspection on items and the property. IF you notice something is wrong with ANYTHING make note of it with the Sand County Vacation Home Rentals - our management company (phone #608.254.6551) as soon as you notice an issue or problem.. We want to make sure you are not charged with something(s) IF it is not your fault.
A BBQ gas grill and Blackstone grill are located outside the basement entrance for your use. BBQ tools are provided. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grills clean. Return all outdoor items/furniture to their original location.
We have a firepit for your use. Only wood is to be burned in it. Please do not throw garbage, cans or bottles in the firepit. There will be a charge to clean the firepit if these items are found. You will need to supply your own wood. Do not leave fire unattended. It needs to be properly extinguished when you leave the property or retire at night. There is a hose located near the basement door to use to put out the fire.
During the winter, please don’t turn the heat higher than 68 degrees. The thermostat will be in fan mode in the summer. The central AC will need to be turned on by you upon arrival which is located in the entrance hallway across from the bathroom. We have several fans throughout the house as well.
For fire prevention and safety, please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes fans, hair straighteners/dryers, portable device chargers, etc.
--There are fire extinguishers throughout the house (kitchen, laundry room, and behind the bar in the basement).
Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables that have been left behind by previous guests.. We try our very best to ensure that these items are not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to your discretion to consume these items if you wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
Upon ARRIVAL:
--Front door keypad: You will receive a personal entry code on the day of arrival prior to check-in. This will be your unique entry code for the duration of  your stay.
--If you are coming and going from the property during your stay, please ensure all doors are locked upon departure. To lock the front door, press the “Schlage” button and use your personal entry code upon return.
Upon DEPARTURE:
--Please close and lock all windows and doors, close blinds that were opened and turn off all lights. In the winter, please turn down the heat to 58 degrees and in the summer turn the AC unit off.
--Take trash and recycling to the provided dumpster receptacle.
--Please strip the bed linens and put them into  the provided laundry baskets.
--Please place all used towels in the laundry baskets.
--Lock the front door upon your departure.
If guests are found to have had a party without host permission that results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning fees and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
Any unauthorized guests not confirmed in the booking agreement will result in termination of stay or an additional $150 fee per person/per day. City and fire codes limit this home to 18 guests.
If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
The Cleaning Fee charged is for a deep sanitation cleaning between guests. We expect the home to be kept clean, swept, dishes/pots & pans washed, and trash is taken out.
Please be respectful of the property. We have tried very hard to provide a nice home for our guests to enjoy.
No attaching/hooking anything to the house beams, columns, walls or poles.
If something is malfunctioning, please contact the number listed in The Golden Bear Lodge house rules immediately so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you.
